Balanced Veterans is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our mission is to create a safe space for the education, empowerment, and advocacy of alternative therapies for veterans. We partner with professionals, businesses, and other organizations to support veterans and their families to live a better, more balanced life.

Much more than a non-profit, The Balanced Veterans Network is a community, a peer to peer network of veterans and their family members advocating and taking their transition and healing journey into their own hands. BVN provides education to empower veterans to use alternative therapies to combat the alarming issues like the suicide and opioid epidemic and the difficult time navigating transition out of the military.

Current medical research has proven that alternative therapies can treat mental health issues such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, and chronic pain. These issues are prevalent in the veteran community, which has currently been struggling to find a viable long-term solution. The Balanced Veterans Network wholeheartedly believes that medication alone is not the answer, but a healthy community, conversation, and holistic healing practices are vital to living a meaningful, balanced life.

The physical, mental, and emotional cost of preserving the United States is a burden carried by less than 10% of our nation's population. Those that have sacrificed so much deserve an opportunity to live a balanced and happy life. We offer support in four areas to help veterans and their families find tools to live a more balanced life: Operation 1620, Mental Wellness, Movement, and Project Triangle.

How do I join the Balanced Veterans Network? We currently offer tiered memberships for our community. There is and always will be a free version, but the paid version will allow you to access more content that may help you and takes our team resources to provide.
